Q: How do you deliver your structures?
Our gazebos, pergolas, and pavilions are delivered and professionally installed by our experienced crew to ensure a seamless setup.
For select gazebo sizes and locations, we may also deliver the structure fully assembled if there is proper access to the installation site. We will review your delivery options when discussing your project and preparing your proposal.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
We have dozens of popular standard sizes available for gazebos, pergolas, and pavilions. We can also customize many sizes and designs to accommodate nearly any backyard, deck, or patio. If you have a photo or sketch, including dimensions, please email them to [email] and one of our design consultants will review your info, and get back to you to discuss your project and the available options.

Q: How can I see all the sizes and designs you offer?
There are four helpful options available.
- Download our brochure. Our brochures feature many sizes and options for our backyard structure, as well as showcasing what other customers have done, so you can be inspired for your new outdoor room.
- Use the Online Builder. We also highlight many of our sizes and designs on our website’s interactive builder. To design your own structure, please click here: Gazebo, Pavilion, Pergola.
- Visit a Product Page. We feature many photos and product details on each page, as well as available options.
- Contact us. You may also call us toll free at [number] to discuss the various size and design options available. We have a library of images we can send after we know more about what you’re looking for.

Q: Should I choose a wood or vinyl structure?
Vinyl is a nice option if you are interested in a maintenance-free structure. Vinyl colors are available in white, almond and clay. A variety of our products are available in pressure treated southern yellow pine or western red cedar. We offer several standard paints or stains for our wood structures. We can also customize nearly any paint or stain request if you’d like to match or coordinate with your home or other outdoor buildings. We are happy to discuss the various material options with you when we discuss your project.

Q: What is included in your electrical package?
Our electrical package includes wiring strip with a dado in the back for the wire to run in. The wiring strip hides the electrical wire. It also comes with a switch and a receptacle mounted on the post. Wire has pigtail at base of post, and center of ridge/eve. Please note, our electrical package may not comply with all local code requirements.

Q: What is your lead time from the time I place an order until I’ll receive my structure?
Our lead times can vary depending on the time of year. Please ask us for the lead time as this is different based on the structure you buy and the amount of customization you need. Custom sizes may take longer.

Q: How do I prepare my foundation for my structure?
We have created a site prep guide for you to review prior to preparing your foundation. We also offer drawings which give measurements for our structures to guide you when preparing your site. Please ask for the drawings when you submit for a quote, or call us at [number] to go over the options.

Q: Do I need a permit for my outdoor structure?
Every location is a little different. We recommend you check with your local township or city to see what is required in your specific location. If permits are required, we offer sealed engineered drawings for nearly all of our structures in nearly every state. Please ask us about options and costs.

Q: How long will it take to install my structure?
Install time varies depending on skill level, and structure size/type. Typically, our structures can be assembled in 1-2 days by 3-4 people if the site is prepared. We recommend having an experienced carpenter involved in the project.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We offer a 10-year limited warranty on all of our structures. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear. We also guarantee your wood will not rot or become termite infested and your vinyl will not crack or discolor and will remain structurally sound (when used and maintained properly).

Q: What forms of payment do you accept, and when do I pay for my structure?
We accept all major credit cards or you may pay with a check. Your deposit is paid at the time of order, and balance is due on or before delivery.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
We buy materials in bulk and work hard to maximize efficiencies in our shop so we can keep your structure costs low and competitive. Please ask your local representative if there are any current promotions.
